I decided to restore the pc but after that when I move the mouse it freezes for a few seconds and then returns to normal and that is the problem that has been presented to me, I could solve it by disabling the driver I have display adapters, but I do not know if there is another driver that can work for me?

Hi @Noxyam ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're experiencing intermittent mouse freezes after a system restore on your HP All-In-One. Disabling the display adapter driver temporarily resolves the issue, which suggests it might be related to graphics drivers.
Here are some steps to try and resolve the issue:
Update Graphics Drivers:
- Device Manager: Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager. Expand the Display adapters section, right-click on your graphics adapter, and select Update driver. Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
- Manufacturer’s Website: If Windows doesn't find a new driver, visit the website of your graphics card manufacturer (e.g., Intel, NVIDIA, AMD) and download the latest driver for your graphics card.
Check for Windows Updates:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and check for updates. Install any available updates as they might include fixes for compatibility issues.
Reinstall Graphics Drivers:
- Uninstall the current graphics driver from Device Manager by right-clicking the display adapter and selecting Uninstall device. Restart your PC and Windows should attempt to reinstall the driver automatically. If not, you can download the latest driver from the manufacturer’s website.
Adjust Power Settings:
- Go to Control Panel > Power Options and make sure the power plan is set to High performance. Sometimes, power-saving features can cause hardware to behave inconsistently.
Check for Background Processes:
- Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc and look for any processes using high CPU or memory resources that could be affecting performance. Try ending unnecessary tasks and see if the issue persists.
Run System Diagnostics: HP PCs - Testing for hardware failures
- HP PCs often have built-in diagnostics tools. Restart your PC and press Esc repeatedly to enter the Startup Menu, then select F2 to run hardware diagnostics. This can help identify if there's a hardware issue causing the problem.
Check for Conflicting Software:
- Sometimes third-party software can cause conflicts. Try performing a clean boot to see if the issue persists:
- Press Windows + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.
- In the System Configuration window, go to the Services tab, check Hide all Microsoft services, and then click Disable all.
- Go to the Startup tab and click Open Task Manager. Disable all startup items.
- Restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.
