Greetings

Welcome to the HP Forum.

I'm guessing your PC has some file corruption happening with HP Hardware Diagnostics. Or the software is not capable of checking CPUs having an NPU, I don't know?

Does your PC have an Intel Core Ultra CPU having an NPU?

Or maybe the version of Windows installed on your PC can't handle the function. Are you running the latest Windows' version?

Uninstall the current version of HP Diagnostics. Maybe reinstalling the software will fix the glitch. I sometimes use Revo Uninstaller Portable free to completely remove all software remnants.

Download and reinstall the diagnostics software at this HP Site. Click on Diagnose PC Hardware Issues in Windows. Scroll down for the software download link.

Regards
