HP Recommended

The system BIOS recovery failed - BIOS Image file specified did not pass validation..  How do I get computer to reboot without this message

How did this haopen?

Power glitch?
Upgrade to windows 11?
Microsoft or HP update?
Add a new device, memory, etc?

 

Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on and run at least one pass through diagnostics.
Do not attempt any repair or upgrade if disk is faulty or memory test fails..

 

I assume you have an HP system, perhaps a laptop:

Have your tried the windows key "B" recovery tool?

If the bios image on the hard drive is corrupted then a new image needs to be downloaded onto a USB stick as described
