I cannot sign in into my computer, it would say the user profile service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded. I cannot even click on forgot pin or password.

@Jose_molina1 -- Windows allows multiple "accounts" to be created, e.g., "Dad" and "Mom" and "Ninja Warrior Ragnar".

What is happening to you is that Windows cannot read your "profile" from your computer's disk-drive.

This implies either:

A. a messed-up "file-system" on the disk-drive;

B. a disk-drive that is failing.

Try this:

  1. when you see the error-message, hold-down the on/off button for up to 30 seconds, or until the computer powers-off;
  2. restart the computer, to get to the same "error" screen;
  3. repeat #1 & #2;
  4. repeat #1 & #2;

After a few of these, Windows should open to a "Recovery" screen.

On that screen, there should be an option to run a "check disk" -- to repair any messed-up file-system. This may help.

If not, then there is the possibility of a failing disk-drive.

If you were to connect such a "failing" disk-drive to some other computer, as a "secondary" disk-drive, it might be possible for a computer technician, to access all the "Personal Files" that are stored on the disk-drive, and to make a copy.
