I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Product. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Could you please elaborate in detail?

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

If your HP keyboard lacks a Print Screen button, you can try these alternatives for taking screenshots: Fn + Windows + Space: This will capture the screen and save the image in your "Screenshots" folder. Windows + Shift + S: This opens Snip & Sketch, allowing you to select and capture specific areas of the screen. Use On-Screen Keyboard: Open the on-screen keyboard by pressing Windows + Ctrl + O, then click the "PrtScn" button from there. Third-Party Tools: You can also use screenshot tools like Snagit or Lightshot for more functionality. These methods should help you capture screenshots without a Print Screen key on your HP keyboard.
