When in my HP Page that has my Printer & Laptop, I tried to get the updated drivers. It asked what version of Win 11 I had. I picked 23 submitted it. I chose "Download My Software & Drivers". It downloaded HPSupportSolutionsFramework-13.0.1.131.exe. It gave me the message "This version of HP Support Solutions Framework appears to be incompatible with your operating system". That's when I wrote you. (Thank you, by the way, with sticking with me on this. I've never done this before. I thought this was what I had to do to get my drivers but, I kept trying different things.
Where it asked "What version of OS do you have?", I tried just selecting Windows 11. Once done, it took me straight to te driver downloads without going thru the installation of "HPSupportSolutionsFramework-13.0.1.131.exe." So I guess my problem is fixed. I was able to install all the drivers that I needed. Thank you for your help.
