HP Recommended

Hello. I am having some automatic reboots on my HP laptop (blue screens). Upon review, I noticed that there are three optional updates available: HP Inc. Firmware: 15.28.0.0 / HP Inc. - Software Component 4.2.1525.0 / HP Inc. - Software Component 1.54.3337.0. So, since I'm not aware of such updates, I wanted to know please if you have any ideas on, and if I should update as a method for blue screens.
