Hello I am simply needing the HP recovery software to restore my PC to factory settings. I know this is an old system and neither under warranty through HP nor Microsoft Windows. However, out of the box (yes it is brand new and still has the plastic film) it ran amazing! Faster than my much newer HP laptop, but I digress. I updated Windows on it to 10 and it became almost unresponsive. I tried to go on up to 11 since I have a license for that as well, but the touchscreen and everything stopped working. I restored it, but was unable to return to the original settings. I then wiped the hard drive and reinstalled a clean version of windows 7 successfully, BUT, it did not contain the HP software originally includes...obviously. I have no rescue media aside from what I have acquired and put on USB drives. HP TouchSmart 600-1120 Windows 7 blood type-O and last bowel movement just now.
