Please someone help me out here because this is bugging me out, I just bought this gaming pc a this month and I just turned it on since last night it runs fine and stuff nothing really wrong my pc, but for some reason I can't change the behavior of the function keys and I know its not a laptop with mobility center or holding down fn+esc just like how some laptops are and the fact I went into my bios like what most people do to change and I have nothing there to help me change it no system configuration or advanced all I see is little options in my bios why is hp restricting me from accessing most options in my bios...

The simple answer to your question is -- because THAT is what OEMs do -- prevent folks from getting into the advanced BIOS/UEFI options because that allows folks to change stuff that can make the PCs unstable, and in worst cases, prevent them from booting into Windows, and OEMs don't want folks returning PCs as "not working" when they have made such unauthorizec changes.
