Please rebuild machine using the following source

 

           https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

it allows you to create Window 10 installation media (USB or CD/DVD).

 

You then can use installation media to install Windows 10 to your machine and remember to keep user files/data and programs otherwise the process will clean everything.

@TPMC -- Trying to reset but there an error

 

OK. That is a very "high-level" executive-summary -- no "technical" details.

 

What is the full text of the error-message?

That is the Windows "Recovery" menu.

From there, one option is to "refresh" - to re-install Windows, without deleting your files.

What happened when you tried that? Error-message?
