Product: Omen 30
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Numerous people are asking this and HP is evidently ignoring their customers.    On the side of the graphics card are the words "GEFORCE RTX" in blaring white LED lights that cannot be controlled by Omen Gaming Hub and there is no other software to dim or turn off the light.  Does HP have plans to address this or is there already something out there to control this that everyone on the internet is missing?

Sorry to say this, but you and the others with this series card are stuck until Nvidia decides to do something about it.

 

The NVIDIA LED Visualizer utility does not support GeForce RTX 20 series graphics cards.

 

So, until Nvidia writes a version that DOES support those cards, folks like you are stuck.
