Product: HP Z620 Workstation

I see there are two EFI BIOS options under advanced.  One is for PXE Option ROMS and the other for Video Option ROMS.   I'm running a GEForce GTX 1070TI GPU and hoping there is a way to enable some sort of UEFI (even 1.2 might help) on this machine.   Lots of errors with things I tried:
SR-IOV (Single Root I/O Virtualization)

bcdedit says no

IOMMU (Input-Output Memory Management Unit)  ???
PCI Express Native Control  ??? not much there

To enable it on my WIndows 11 VM (I'm running Windows Server 2022 along with SCVMM 2022 and the VMs are on Hyper-V Manager) and so far, nothing seems to break here.   This is what I have an I accept that it is twelve year old tech, but there is a Dec 2019 Firmware BIOS here and I am thinking something may be available to enable some of the above.
