Hp Dongle for keyboard and mouse
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear all,

Our company is recycling HP wireless keyboards and mouses of employees for future use.

So we have a bunch of keyboards, mouses and dongle that are unpaired (missing mouse, dongle, keyboard).

We want to reconstitute complete set and pair it together.

Is there a procedure to follow or HP software to pair one set of dongle, keyboard and mouse together?

Thank you very much

Nico

The dongle, keyboard and mouse are factory paired.

With a fully working machine (at desktop) unplug dongle and bag it with keyboard/mouse.  Then proceed as follows:

According to HP,  the only known procedure is connect a dongle to the computer.  Then you try every mouse. When you find a mouse that works, then add a keyboard. maybe you find a pairing.  Then bag the 3 items.
