I have an HP Pavilion all-in-one, model 27-a10, with Windows 10, 64 bit OS.
In Device Manager window, a yellow triangle is on the PC icon. Two error messages pop up.
Sometimes, I get a message that says "USB device not recognized."
When I get to the end of the troubleshooter, the report has a part that says "Problem with PnP devices."
No other hints to pin down or show solutions are given.
Occasionally, I have had a problem getting the printer to print, though I THINK I have resolved that particular issue.
The triangle on the PC icon remains.
Does anyone have suggestions for an average (i.e. not extremely knowledgeable) user?
Thank you.

@AndNoReligionTo -- power-off your computer. Disconnect all the USB devices (keyboard, mouse, webcam, printer, USB memory-stick, external USB backup device, external USB CD/DVD reader/writer.
Then, power-on your computer. When Windows has fully started, plug-in the keyboard? Do you now get that error-message? Plug-in the mouse? Do you now get that error-message. Keep adding USB devices, one-by-one, until you get the "not recognized" message.
