I am unable to sign into two websites (no problem with others) that I am able to sign into on my iPhone and laptop.  What do I need to do to remedy this situation?

Hi @DanW9 ,

Thank you for choosing HP Community,

If you're experiencing issues signing into specific websites on your HP 27 inch All-in-One Desktop AI PC running Windows 11, while being able to access them from other devices, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

  1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
  • Clear Cache and Cookies: Over time, browsing data such as cache and cookies may become corrupt, leading to website access issues. Clear this data from your browser’s settings.
  1. Check Browser Extensions
  • Disable Extensions: Some browser extensions can interfere with website functionality. Try disabling them to see if the issue persists.
  1. Update Your Browser
  • Ensure Latest Version: Make sure your web browser is updated to the latest version as updates can improve compatibility with websites.
  1. Check Date and Time Settings
  • Verify Date and Time: Incorrect date and time settings on your computer can cause issues with website security certificates. Ensure that your system’s date and time are set correctly.
  1. Disable VPN/Proxy
  • Disable VPNs or Proxies: If you're using a VPN or proxy, try disabling it to see if it resolves the issue, as some websites may block access from certain IP ranges.
  1. Firewall and Security Settings
  • Adjust Settings: Ensure that your firewall or security software isn’t blocking the websites. You may need to add the websites to your trusted sites list.
  1. Test Another Browser
  • Try a Different Browser: See if the issue is specific to one browser by trying to access the websites through a different one (e.g., switching from Google Chrome to Microsoft Edge).

Additional Help

If the problem persists after troubleshooting, consider reaching out to HP Support for further assistance or refer to the user manual/documentation for your device.
