Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg1000 (43F53AV)

A valid mobile phone number must be provided and verified. This is the number our agent will use to call you.   

 

The above error is received when I try to create a support support/repair request. It will not accept my phone number when I enter it in which is required to open a repair case. I added my phone number to my profile first after multiple attempts. I tried again to file a support case and it still will not take my phone number. I am 100% certain there are no spaces or special characters and I selected to correct country code.  I have tried this many many times with no change. Please help. 

 

Please help me resolve this issue so that I may get my laptop repaired.
