Product: Pavilion P6-2133w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Unable to connect to RocketLife.Com.  Unable to run HP Photo Creations, or to re-download it for re-installation.  Is RocketLife.com gone away????  Using either FireFox, or Google Chrome, I get the following message:

 

"The connection was reset"

"An error occurred during a connection to www.rocketlife.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR"

"The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."

 

this has been going on for about a week that I know of, as I don't use the program very often, so it may have been going on a lot longer...

Thank you for these 10 years of creativity!

HP will end its HP Photo Creations program on November 30, 2019. The software will no longer work from this date. You can continue to print maps, photos, and other projects until November 30. You can also order online until November 15.
Save your projects
To export your projects as high-resolution images, use the Export image function. (If you do not have this function, you can use the XFREE code to unlock it. Refer to the "Image export" section in the home menu for how to use this function.)
Print after November 30
In recent years, HP has made every effort to simplify printing from a desktop or mobile system. As of November 30, you will need to use the apps built into Windows, macOS, or your mobile devices for most of your printing. You can also install the HP Smart app to manage your printer and benefit from solutions designed to increase your productivity and creativity. HP Smart is available on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices. Download HP Smart for free at https://123.hp.com.
