Yes.
I start to think that the cause is Windows 10 or the .NET Framework. Even if I open Powershell and I go in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Hewlett-Packard\HP Support Framework folder, and I try to execute HPSF.exe error is showed and HP Support Assistant don't run.

You can check Windows 10 files, for this you can right clic in Powershell for execute in administrator. Enter this command and tell me result:
sfc /scannow
If you have some problems you can directly use this command to repair it, wait few times and reboot your PC:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
