I have owned this computer which I purchased with a year of support. The computer has been sluggish ever since I first booted it up. Every time I called in I have only been able to speak to hardware support and they always tell me I need to speak to software support. I have never been able to speak to them. Typically I am transferred to another queue. They always take my number "in case we are disconnected" I always am and never contacted in return.
I purchased this PC for personal use
System runs extremely slow.
I have attempted to set custom recovery settings on a service my antivirus sw uses but unable. " Access denied though I am using the account I set up the pc with,
Tried calling Smartfriends support. As I have said they have never helped me. Something is wrong with how my account was setup. They transfer me to the group who supposedly can straighten this out. I am always disconnected waiting for someone to answer.
I am a Sales engineer for VAR that resells Mitel PBX services. I do not have time to devote to fixing this PC, Supposedly under warrranty . I post this hear on the off hand that HP monitors it. Wants to avoid bad press. I would recommend to any that reads this to find another company to buy Computers from. They do not appear to care about my issues at all.
I think I will attempt to crowdfund a lawsuit at this point. HP if you are willing to return my money less a restocking fee I could be persuaded to drop the matter. If any sympathetic eyes read this and has a suggestion I would entertain it.
Thanks
JT
