Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

my computer has updated all drivers as well as system with newest updates however i am unable to utilize the mouse left click options when I press on a documents to copy, paste, delete, etc.

According to the HP product page, your model came with Windows 10 preloaded -- so claiming it is running Windows XP is providing us misleading information.

 

We need to know the specific VERSION of Windows that is running -- so click the search area and enter "winver" (without the quotes) to get that information.

 

If you are using a wireless mouse and it is not working, then check the batteries -- and you would have to plugin a USB mouse in the interim.
