Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop 16-k0000 (594J5AV)

HI,

I recently bought an HP OMEN and when I try to start a game I get the message "unable to change display mode".

 

Clicking it tells me that the "HP System Utility Host" program is blocking correct operation.

 

In the task manager if I stop it it works correctly, but the problem returns shortly after as the program is restarted.

 

I tried searching among the installed apps and there is no program with this name.

These are the ones installed with the word "HP":

- HP Audio Switch

- HP Connection Optimizer

- HP Documentation

- HP One Agent

- HP Software Framework

 

I also looked in the startup apps of the task manager but I can't find it, the only "HP" apps are:

- HP One Agent

- HPseuHostLauncher

- myHP System Tray

- OMEN Gaming Hub Background

 

How can I delete it? And above all, what is it for or is it safe to eliminate it?
