Problem: I installed the full set of drivers that were offered on the site. Вespite this, the system has an unidentified device in the device manager.

Unknown device ID: ACPI\FX0102

Hi:

 

That is unusual W7 did not automatically install that device. 

 

That is the Trusted Platform Module 1.2 device that needs a driver.

 

There are only standalone drivers for that device for Windows XP.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try manually installing the XP driver for that device.

 

I have zipped it up and attached it below...it is good for either 32 or 64 bit operating systems.

 

To manually install the driver, unzip the file to its folder.

 

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

 

Go to the device manager, click on the ACPI\FX0102 device needing the driver.

 

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

 

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

 

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and hopefully the driver will install.

 

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file, which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted.
