EliteDesk 800 G3 TWR
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have three different Models eighty (80) total for possible Windows 11 upgrades.

24 have to be updated to TPM2.0 Only

18 do not have an approved processor

18 should be able to be updated when released.

I need to update the twenty four (24) to TPM 2.0.

Intel I7-8700

4 GB DDR4

HD

UEFI BIOS

External AMD Video Card.

BIOS v02.37

Bitlocker Not Enabled

Stand Alone LAN

I have researched it and I tried the HP 1.2 to 2.0 Utility and no dice.

Is there a systematic pre-install procedure, i.e.

1) Disable  -TPMAutoProvisioning

2) Run tpm.msc

3) Clear TPM

4) Restart

5) Run firmware utility v81900

6) Restart

Check TPM ownership (Optional on Failure)

C:\DC>wmic /namespace:\\root\VIMV2\Security\MicrosoftTpm path Win32_Tpm get /value

7) Enable  -TPMAutoProvisioning

Does this look valid????????
