Update bios

HP Recommended
HP Slimline 450-010il

Just want to update my bios so that i can enable virtualization tech so that i can use apps like vmware etc. I Cant find any setting inside the bios for virtualization option And also cant understand how to update the bios via a usb/flash drive.

The video tutorial available on Hp support site dont work either so please help

In general the option is already available, if possible!
If it is not there, an update may not change it at all
Your motherboard if the correct model indicated

Fix and enhancements:

- Updates the microcode for Intel processor security enhancement.
** After this BIOS update has been installed, previous BIOS versions cannot be reinstalled.

Update procedure explained

1. Click the Download Only button.
2. At the File Download screen, click the Save button.
3. At the Save As screen, save the file to your Desktop.
4. If a message appears stating that the file already exists, click YES to overwrite file.
5. Double-click the icon to download the update to your desktop, and then click NEXT.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions.
7. If prompted to restart the system upon completion of the update, click YES and allow system to restart.
