Re: Update message keeps popping up 4.8.67.0--Softpaq number 140213, I thought I had fixed this problem, and it was, just for a few days. Now it is back again!
Can HP find a cure for this annoying problem? It's driving me crazy! Today it already popped up twice in a matter of a few minutes!!!
Please, I am an 86-year-old man who don't need these annoying headaches.
HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if it comes back, it's probably that the software was reinstalled, or what was deactivated, was reactivated, another reason, but not possible to identify like that..
So check, and give screenshots of what we have already seen
Again, after testing this and uninstalling, no problem since, this thing is a hassle!!

hi
I suspect it's hp support assistant may be here
open the hp support assistant software, and see here
if not, you must try to identify, where this new message comes from
You will have to research, the process
open task manager, and check related program/service..
as I am unable to reproduce this, the cannot help you identify this
A quick question, you mentioned earlier
Softpaq number 140213
Where do you find this, because a google search gave me no results.

I don't understand, if you reinstalled that, normal for it to start again, I guess
where did you find this file ?
if too old then, it must ask to be updated..
and it will start again every time
