HP Recommended

Hello, 

Everytime I try to update Windows,  I get the error message Code 80072EFE  When I try to go online to get an update there's an interest connect issue. I'm connected to the internet via wireless and wired. It states that all certificates are expired and not trusted. I've turned off all the firewalls and still can't get any where.
