Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

During upgrade Windows requires me to uninstall Protect Tools Security Manager, Device access mgr, and File Sanitizer. Why? and How can I do this?

Hi:

 

Why?...Those programs are not compatible with W10.

 

How?...Go to the windows control panel, programs.uninstall a program.

 

Let the list populate.

 

The 3 programs should be listed in that section.

 

First uninstall the Device Access manager, restart the PC after the program has been uninstalled.

 

Then uninstall the File Sanitizer program and restart the PC.

 

Then uninstall the HP Protecttools Security Manager program and restart the PC.

 

The protect tools security manager program must be the last one to be uninstalled of any of the security plugins.
