Usb issue

Hi guys

I Need a help with my omen 15

After 5 years my laptop needed a new Windows after that i got issue with the drivers usb and thubderbolt. When i put in usb keyboard to any of usb is not recognized but when i put mouse in the same usb everything works. I was buy another keyboard but nothings changed. Please help and thanks for all.

@Adxer -- When i put in USB keyboard to any of USB [ports it] is not recognized 

Does that keyboard work when connected to a different laptop/desktop computer?

I realize that you tried a different keyboard, without a good result.

On your computer, do you see:

Directory of C:\Windows\inf

14/01/2016 01:52 AM  88,572 keyboard.inf
14/01/2016 10:29 AM 123,192 keyboard.PNF

or is either of those files not present on your computer?

I check it but dont understand why after change disk i got different drivers than was before.
