Product: HP USB 3.0 External Portable Drive px3100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I recently bought a new HP desktop with Windows 10 64 bit and the px3100 portable drive for backup. I want to use the px3100 to back up only another external hard drive, on which I have organized my most important work. In HP SimpleSave software on the px3100 connected to the desktop, I use My Options to select just that hard drive, expand the hard drive icon and see that all folders on it are selected, then start backup. I get an error message that no folders have been selected and that SimpleSave needs at least one folder to be selected in order to search. Suggestions on how to select options so that the px3100 (Drive I) will copy Drive H?
