I have been having routine blue screen shutdowns ("DRIVER_IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL") which the minidump files indicate is caused by the WIFI card device driver (NETR28X.SYS). The MS technical support resource said I needed to contact HP (my desktop manufacturer) and find out what drivers I should be using with my computer (HP All-In-One 200-5250xt), so that I can hopefully update/replace the defective one. I tried to use the HP Customer Support website to identify the appropriate drivers, but when I inputted my serial number ([Personal Information Removed]), it indicated "We were unable to find drivers for your product:. This issue is driving me nuts, as the blue screen and shutdown/restart are happening multiple times each day. Can someone please tell me how to correct this issue, assuming that I do need to replace the existing driver.
