I set my desktop to update nightly but it fails to update making several attempts to boot up, failing to update and taking

a long time to finish returning to the desktop screen

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

  • What is the exact model for your computer?
  • Are you trying to install Windows updates?
  • Is the computer booting to Windows?

Meanwhile, I recommend you download and install the Windows update troubleshooter from the below link and run it. The Windows update troubleshooter will automatically fix the Windows update issues.
