HP Pavilion 590-p0020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Computer usually won't wake from sleep using keyboard or mouse, have to reboot.

Once in a while monitor comes up but mouse doesn't work, have to reboot.

Mouse and keyboard allowed to wake computer in device manager. USB allowed to wake keyboard is greyed out. Drivers up to date

Research online said to go to wake up event set up in BIOS and check resume by USB. When I try to access BIOS, I get HP setup utility and this is not there.

Separate Problem: When I boot, there is a phantom default username that I don't know password for. I have to select an alternate username. I am trying to switch the default user or delete it, but it is not shown under users. May be associated with MSN Explorer from a long time ago.???????????????

????????????
