<p>I purchased the HP Care Pack&nbsp; 3 yr. Warranty when I purchased the Spectre Laptop at BestBuy in 2021. I didn't file a claim during the Warranty period and promptly sent in the rebate form. It has been over 14 months and I have inquired through email three times after the 8 week suggested waiting period to receive the rebate. No Response from HP!!! I was on the phone for over 2 Hours and was passed around by 9 reps. No one knew about how to follow up on this or which dept. handles this! A total waste of time and bad experience for me from a company that I have personally purchased over 7 Pc's & printers from

I understand you are facing an issue with the Carepack refund. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue. 

 

If no service event occurs after the purchase date of the Care Pack, you are allowed to claim a rebate for the price of your Care Pack. Please refer to your Risk-Free rebate form at the time of purchase as the program dates and conditions may have changed.
