I received a high-end i9 HP Envy PC desktop for last Christmas (received November 2023), but when it was time to register found that the warrantee had expired, since this must have been a 2022 model.
I therefore bought a care pack for the computer. It may be time to re-up the extended warrantee, although it has not needed to be used, but when I checked the HP site it does not look as if the care pack I purchased last December was ever applied to the PC even though I am recorded as having that computer on the HP website. I cannot see an extended warranty as applied to the device.
Is there a way to connect the care pack purchase with the PC via phone call or such? I doubt there is a reason to buy another year of extended warranty if HP is not going to actually see the PCP as having the extended warranty applied. How would I assure myself the warranty is applied?

Hello @wherrera10 , how are you ?
You have two options in this case.
1 - Check the purchase receipt to see if it shows the warranty extension you are reporting and call HP to request a correction.
2 - Check with the dealer who issued you the receipt and see if they can correct it directly in HP's systems.
Once updated, you will be able to check the correct warranty.
Best regards
