When logging on to my job training site with an already given username and password for me to login error message keeps popping up saying username and password is incorrect. My sales manager did email me stating that web browser has changed my password and that he changed it back for me. I thought that would be the end of that, but it's happened again. Please Help?! I'm not a computer savvy person so please work with me give me easy steps to follow if possible. Thank you!

Which web browser do you use ? Some web browsers allow you to keep password for example on Firefox

Hello,

My web browser is microsoft edge. Can you help me to fix this issue permanently, please? I hate to contact my new employer with the same issue. I haven't even started the job yet only training and can't seem to finish due to this continued/unresolved issue.
