- Webcam popup function reversed

Something very strange has happened. My webcam on my HP Pavilion All-in-One doesn't work when I use Skype, Teams, Camera app, etc. When I troubleshoot I realized that the webcam popup function has been reversed - when the webcam i visible (popup = true) it is switched off, and when the webcam is "closed" (popup = false) it is turned on. Examle: I start the camera app with the webcam visible and the camera app says that it can't find any camera device, but as soon as I push down the webcam, the error message disappeares. But then the camera is hidden behind the screen, so the lense does not capture anything.
How do I solve this? Is it a value in the registry that has been reversed?
Best regards
Johan
