Hello

 

Can someone please tell me what "Customer Experience Enhancements" is (are).

 

It has been identified by System Ninja as pre-installed software on my PC.  Apparently it is in {C:\Program Files (x86)\} and that is all the information I have.

It is a program used by HP for data collection. It is not necessary for correct functioning of your PC.
