Product: Hp slim desktop s01

Hp uefi system is making problem to my computer, my mouse and keyboard functions don’t work and I can’t download and install and do anything on my computer. I have a big stress, please help me.

@Rksir -- is your keyboard "wired" or "wireless"? Could it be a dead battery inside the wireless keyboard?

 

Does your wired keyboard work when connected to a different computer?

 

Does a different wired keyboard work when connected to your computer?
