Hi:

 

Below is the link to the Crucial memory report for your PC.

They have compatible memory for sale.

 

It looks like all you need to do is to buy a 4 GB memory module to max out the PC's memory to it 8 GB max.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the memory removal and replacement procedure.
