When I scan my document, it shows a thumb print instead os a 8 1/2 x 11 document. How do I enlarge

Scan and Capture print is very small

@DebsEscapes8 -- is it a setting within the scanning software, to "scale" the scanned image.

If you open the scanned copy of the document, does it display as very small? Is there some controls in that image-viewer software to "zoom" in to the image? If you print the image, does it print as "tiny" ?

There were no image settings. I just shut down my computer and restarted it and it is back to normal. Thank you!
