Hi @Ford20,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If you're seeing the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI screen, which usually appears when:

  • The system didn’t boot into Windows properly.
  • You pressed Esc or F2 during startup.
  • There’s a hardware issue, or the system is trying to run a diagnostic automatically.

Try This First:

  1. Select “Exit” using your keyboard or mouse.
  2. If your PC boots into Windows, great!
  3. If it loops back to the same screen, then:
    • Your system may not be detecting the boot drive.
    • Or Windows may be corrupted.

If It Keeps Looping:

Let’s try to boot into Windows Recovery:

  1. Turn off the PC.
  2. Turn it back on and immediately press Esc repeatedly.
  3. From the Startup Menu, press F11 for System Recovery.
  4. Choose Advanced Options > Startup Repair or System Restore.

If that doesn’t work, you may need to:

  • Reinstall Windows using a USB.
  • Or run diagnostics to check for hardware failure.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
