The Support Assistant has been opening many (20+) windows with multiple tabs on each window when I receive an AS message.  I have to open SA and close it before I can get the message to stop opening new tabs.  I also have to continually close the Edge windows until I've closed out SA.  I tried to search the HP site to get a new download of SA.  I got a video that included the link "hp.com/go/hpsupportassistant"  I got an error code 400.  I now have a corrupt Support Assistant that I will need to delete to stop the notifications (I tried to shut off the notifications to SA, without any luck) and no way to get a usable link to get a new SA download.

Now what??

Thanks for the download URL.  I now have the new SA.  This has been a nightmare situation and I hope it is now over.

 

Any reason why this version of SA was not sent as an update?  I have my settings to ask before updating, so I would have expected the update to come to me.  Guess not.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know what the program didn't automatically update to the new version.

 

It used to when I used the HPSA back in the day.

 

I haven't used the HPSA in a long time because my PC's are pretty old, and it is of little value to me anymore since it can't find any updates for my PC's.
