Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Every time I try to put images onto any photo site it can't manage it even Facebook, something seems to be preventing it, very fraustraighting. Grateful for any help.

My guess, since this is a ONLINE problem, is that it is a Browser issue and you are most likely using the DEFAULT Win10 Browser -- the old Edge version -- which is KNOWN to have serious issues -- to the degree that MS not only no longer supports it, they have replaced it with a new Browser.
You need to try a different Browser, like FireFox or Opera, and see if that makes a difference.
