Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Support assistant tells me that there is a later version to be downloaded, but won't load it. Says my OS can't work with latest Support Assistant? Have latest WINDOWS 10 HOME 64. Tells me to load an earlier version, but I already have one of those. What do I do? It knows my OS shows it in S/A

Hello
if hp support assistant is no longer up to date, it may no longer work correctly
I did the experiment once, it couldn't find any more updates
Try to download directly from this page
