Trying to Install Win-10 (Image downloaded from Microsoft homepage)

Bios ver : L01 V02.77

secure boot : Disabled

Legacy Support: Enabled

Fast boot : Disabled

Boot order : UEFI - 1 USB Hard drive.

 

 Got error : Attempting Boot from USB device

An error happened when accessing the disk.

Since you have Secure Boot disabled, the PC SHOULD be able to boot from and read the USB stick.

 

So, my guess is that you did not make a UEFI bootable Windows USB stick.

 

You can do that by downloading the ISO from MS and then using the free RUFUS utility to make a UEFI bootable USB stick.  You can get RUFUS from here:  Rufus - The Official Website (Download, New Releases)
