Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Did your PC ship from the factory with W10?

 

Did you install a HP like-kind replacement MB due to original MB failure?

 

Did you reinstall the correct version of W10?

 

HP generally does W10 Home on consumer PCs.

 

You could try a HP Cloud Recovery if your PC qualifies.
