Your model PC did not come with Windows 10 preloaded; instead, it came with Windows 7 or FreeDOS.
You have to change your SATA settings to AHCI to install Windows 10.
You need to do the following:
1) Boot into the BIOS/UEFI settings (pressing F10 repeatedly while rebooting)
2) Select Storage options
3) Change the SATA emulation to AHCI mode
4) Save the settings and exit.
