Microsoft Windows 11

After windows update this week, I have no connection either wifi or lan. After calling my service provider, we determined there is no wifi adapter and I need to know what the adapter is for my hp model 22 c0039, and also if there is a port issue that has stopped my connection.

I can’t access the internet to get a windows fix.

Any help is very appreciated .

  • wifi adapter:   Wireless LAN 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (1x1) and Bluetooth 4.2 M.2
  • And wired LAN adapter: Realtek RTL8111GSH

 

No drivers for Windows 11 on its home page
