I am trying to establish Windows Hello face login to Windows 11 on my new all in one HP. The computer has a built in camera which is not recognized by Windows Hello.

Welcome to the HP English Community --
Some of the models in this series include an IR type camera and others do not have the IR type camera.
Facial Recognition requires the IR type camera.
For example:
805F2AA — HP All-in-One 24-cr0057c PC = HP True Vision 720p HD
7G9R8AA — HP All-in-One 24-cr0080 PC = HP True Vision 1080p FHD IR tilt privacy camera

Windows Hello facial recognition requires an IR type camera.
Check your computer for camera type
Device Manager > Cameras
No "IR" camera = No facial recognition
