I am having trouble wih the "Windows Store". It simply is not there.

I tried many possible options to get Store reinstalled, but non works.

The folder Program Files\WindowsApps is present, but I do not have access to it, not as a user, nor as logged in microsoft account user.

Taking a closer look at its properties, I see that there is no 'owner' available., owners WindowsApps step 1.PNG

Nect I looked at Advanced settings to get the list as you see next

advaced.PNGk /I Taking a closer look I see 2 users I do not recognize.

1:   S-1-15-3-1024-3635283841-2530182609-996808640-1887759898-3848208603-3313616867-983405619-2501854204 wirh quite usual right

2:  a user which has the 'Condition' (NL Voorwaarde) (Exists WIN://SYSAPPID)

Inspecting this "user' bring up a message

voorwaarde.PNG

It means as much as "This condition is corrupted. Create he condition and make a new one"

But There is no way of deleting it here.

Where can I find this condition and how can I renew this?

I have been troubled by the non-existance of the WindowsStore for weeks!!

Is there Anyone out there who could help me?
